Wee Coles is a club initiative based on the Ulster Council GAA coaching model for delivering the fundamentals of sport. It focuses on Ability, Balance and Co-ordination as well as running, jumping, catching and kicking. We run it alongside our healthy eating programme and work on the bond a parent has with their child(ren) by having both parent and child spend quality time together while focusing on their sporting development through interaction, instruction and fun.
